In order to avail the Franchise exclusive rights, benefits & gain the license to run forex trading classes the Franchisee shall pay an enrollment fee of Rs 150000/- +GST for Taluka area & Rs 300000/- + GST for City area.

In case after the Franchisee has followed all rules/regulations, as well performed all assigned tasks properly and has sincerely spent at least Rs. 10000/- monthly for advertisement but still fails to generate less than Rs 2 lakh revenue in one year duration then Franchisor guarantees to return the franchise fee post 180 days of agreement cancellation to the Franchisee.

The revenue share would be 50%-50% until the agreement is active.

Franchise would be renewed after 3 years of completion.

The Franchisee should participate in the national, regional, local advertising campaigns for Brand and Business building as per the marketing strategy devised by the Franchisor in a ratio which shall be discussed later. However, if the Franchisee feels, it intends to advertise more, it shall do so, by getting a written clearance on the material to be advertised from the Franchisor. We suggest to have Rs 1 lakh to 2 lakh as the advertisement budget for one year duration.

The Franchisee alone shall bear the entire operation cost required to run the center. The Franchisor shall not be liable to pay any of the operation expenses which includes the advertisement cost as well.

If Franchisee follow all rules regulation and does assigned task properly & timely as well as spend minimum Ten Thousand Rupees Monthly for 12 months on Advertisement for lead generation and does follow up of leads for new admissions, in this case franchisee fail to generate revenue then Total Franchisee fee will be 100% refunded to the franchisee person after 180 days of cancellation.
